First floor:
Bedroom One : The Blue Room faces south and west with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, a large bright room with a zip and link double bed, large wardrobe and chair.

Bedroom Two : The Green Room again faces over the front garden and has lovely views, another large bright room with a kingsize zip and link bed (twins by arrangement), wardrobe and chair.

Bedroom Three : The Beige Room is slightly smaller but still boasts a good view over the hills to the east, a kingsize zip and link bed (twins by arrangement), together with a smaller wardrobe and chair.

Bedroom Four : The Kids Room – this room has three single beds in it and is ideally suited for children or those folk of a shorter stature as it has a low ceiling! Large chest of drawers.

Bathroom : Convenient for all the upstairs bedrooms, this bathroom is spacious and is fitted with a large white bath, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit together with a separate shower cubicle.

Grounds : Pitermo Farmhouse is set in its own private grounds, with a newly built 6ft high stonewall at the rear giving maximum privacy for the terrace which has a large hot tub (with integral CD players and radio!) and barbeque area.

The newly sown lawn on the east side of the house has young fruit trees and various herbaceous borders. On the west side of the house is a wild flower meadow, which should produce a riot of colours in the summer. To the front over the ha-ha is a large paddock and with luck will be home to some of our own Highland Cattle or Hebridean sheep.
