There is a good local bus service and a village pub nearby. The Solway Coast is nearby with a variety of bird life, especially in autumn and winter. Ruthwell is just 30 minutes from Gretna Green and the M74 motorway and is only a couple of hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh. Annan is the nearest town only 15 minutes away by car. This traditional detached stone built ground-level cottage has its own small garden with private parking for 3 or 4 cars. It even has a outhouse which can be used to secure belongings and bicycles etc. The cottage is spacious and ideal for family or small groups. The property is heated throughout and can sleep 6 comfortably within 3 bedrooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and microwave. Bed linen included.
