Hill View is our largest cottage. It is a detached timber clad, single storey cottage offering a separate lounge with a colour TV with Freeview, video and a radio/cassette/CD player.
The large kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for four people with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave.
The cottage has one large double bedroom and one twin bedded room.
The large bathroom offers both bath and shower facilities.

This cottage has oil fired central heating and the hot water is supplied by the combi boiler. The boiler is housed in a lobby next to the kitchen with a rear door to the back garden.

This cottage is suitable for the disabled having ramp access and extra wide doors.

We have four detached, single storey, timber clad cottages, (of which Hill View is the largest) offering well equipped accommodation for four people.
Two of the cottages have an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The other two have separate kitchens.
All cottages have oil fired central heating included in the price. They all have a double and a twin bedded bedroom.
The bathroom offers both bath and shower facilities.

We are located two miles from the village of Bonchester Bridge. We are situated on the edge of Wauchope Forest which offers plenty of walking and cycle tracks.
We are very dog friendly having small, fully enclosed runs in most of the gardens.
Each cottage has a fully enclosed large garden.
There is plenty of car parking directly in from of each cottage.
