DOWNSTAIRS there is the spacious kitchen area, and a wetroom next to the sunny twin bedroom. There is a colour TV in the bedroom which can easily be taken through to the kitchen area if wanted.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, and a microwave.

The entire downstairs floor is tiled throughout to create a relaxing sense of space and light.

UPSTAIRS there is a cosy sitting-room with a wood-burning stove for those who enjoy a real fire. There is a colour TV and a DVD/video player. In the bookcase, you will find a range of reading material as well as videos and DVD's, jigsaws and games. Among the tourist information you will find information about where to get hold of fishing licenses for further afield, and details of local walks.

The tiled bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a single bedroom. A hair-drier is provided. All rooms are tastefully furnished.

No smoking is allowed in the cottage. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control at all times (we have sheep, free-range poultry, a dog and a cat) and must not be left alone in the cottage at any time.
