Garden Cottage is situated in the hamlet of Swinton Mill in peaceful surroundings. Swinton and Leitholm have a hotel which serves meals on most evenings and each has a village shop and post office. Swinton Mill is an ideal location for various activities such as golf, fishing, cycling, and walking. The Cheviot hills and beautiful Northumberland coast are a half hour's drive away.
