The Annexe is a recently refurbished holiday home which has been tastefully designed to ensure that guests have a pleasant, relaxing and comfortable stay. Children are very welcome. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space and the kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with cutlery, china and glasses of a quality you would expect in a house of this standard. Part of the garden is available for your use and includes a barbecue and garden furniture.

Three bedrooms - a Master bedroom with double bed, two twin bedded rooms (cot available). Spacious well equipped bathroom including corner bath, bidet and shower. Large comfortable lounge furnished with TV and video and with views over the garden. Modern, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a comprehensive range of appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and TV.

Full central heating, Electricity and all linen and towels provided.

The Area

Ballacain is a lovely destination for a relaxing holiday. Approach by a private drive through wooded and lawned gardens to discover our five delightful properties . Each property has individual charm and character. 

Ballacain self-catering accommodation is set in the grounds of Ballacain House, Little Mill, Onchan in the countryside on the outskirts of Douglas.

Although located in peaceful and relaxing surroundings Ballacain is only five minutes drive to the busy capital and its attractions.

The Gardens at Ballacain are for your enjoyment. There is a treehouse, trampoline, swing and football nets. Several areas are for barbecues. Turn right out of the gates and a five minute walk will take you to the Clypse or Kerrowdoo Reservoir Turn left and you can walk down Groudle Glen to the sea

The accommodation at Ballacain comprises of the Annex to the main house, two Cottages and two Garden Apartments. they are set in two acres of woodland and lawned gardens and are approached by a private driveway to ample and private parking areas.

For the enjoyment of our guests there is a games room with pool and football tables, books and games and videos.

All units are fully equipped with colour television, video recorder, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, crockery, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in a seperate laundry room for the two Garden Apartments.

All bed linen and towles are provided. Visitors staying more than one week will be supplied with fresh linen each week if requested.

Cots and high chairs can be provided.

The nearest shops are ½ mile away in Onchan.
