Rowan Cottage is a cosy detached cottage furnished in traditional style, occupying a commanding position, overlooking the valley of the River Spey and within the Cairngorms National Park.

A traditional detached cottage in the small village of Laggan Bridge at the end of the historically famous Corrieyarick Pass. In an elevated position facing south with views across the valley of the River Spey.
Ideal location for touring, walking, climbing, golfing or pony trekking. Situated mid-way between Cairngorm and Aonach Mor. Ideal for country pursuits, fishing and climbing, and skiing in Season.

Downstairs - the front door opens into a small hall with stairs leading to the bedrooms.
The lounge with open fire, TV/video and separate Dining Room face south and overlook the valley of the River Spey.
Bathroom and toilet combined, with shower and shaving socket. The back door opens into the Utility room which houses the oil fired boiler, deep sink for washing, an automatic washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and microwave.
There is a large garden at the rear for drying washing and for children to play. A stile from the garden leads from the Glebe up to the hills.
The cottage is fully central-heated with radiators in every room which can be thermostatically controlled.

Two double bedrooms at the front of the house, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and two single rooms at the rear.
Also upstairs is a cloakroom with toilet, hand-basin and shaver socket. A walk in airing cupboard containing water tank and immersion heater.
The cottage is fully equipped for six persons with the exception of sheets/duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. There are light-weight duvets for the beds and plenty blankets for all the beds if preferred.
