Otley Road is the main A660 Leeds to Otley, Ilkley and Skipton Road. Adequate car parking space is provided within the grounds, and being on a main road there are no less than 7 bus routes that go past the premises on their way into the city.

The situation is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and all facilities, and is only 2½ miles from the City Centre.

All our apartments have their own colour TV sets and have access to a payphone.

They each have a kitchen fully equipped for self catering including pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glassware, and they all have a 4 burner gas cooker with oven and grill, as well as a microwave oven, fridge or fridge freezer, and an electric toaster.

The supply of all bedding and bedsheets is included in the prices but we do not provide towels.
