Both cottages sleep upto 4 guests with a king-sized double and a twin bedroom. Traditional period features are seamlessly married with modern comforts and conveniences. Dishwashers and microwaves ensure that time spent on domestic chores are kept to a minimum while large squahy sofa's, kingsized beds and a shower big enough for two mean more opportunities for relaxing. Ideally placed in the heart of heritage rich Bronte country, nestled deep within a tranquil and secluded valley, Hewenden Mill Cottages provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottages have their own private car park and a landscaped sitting out area overlooking the beck with spectacular views of the 17 arch Hewenden Viaduct that straddles the valley. Set in 11 acres of private and ancient woodlands the walks really do start from your doorstep. Stroll alongside the stream as it meanders its way through 'Little wood', enjoy the glorious gardens and newly restored mill ponds at our recently renovated Bents Mill complex of holiday houses and apartments, spend some time at the 30ft waterfall at Goitstock or take in the incredible views from the top of the Viaduct. Secluded but in no way isolated, Hewenden mill cottages offer a perfect base from which to enjoy some of the North's most beautiful and historic places - Haworth, Saltaire, and the Dales all make for the most memorable of day trips.
