The property is well situated in the heart of the holiday area, near to the beach and Peasholm Park. Being on an elevated site these two lovely large flats enjoy pleasant views of Peasholm Park and Public Gardens.Within about 100 metres is the southern entrance to Peasholm Park, the Alexandra Bowling Centre - open free to spectators, the pub, cafes, coffee bars and shops for holiday provisions.

The beach is about 300 metres away. Close by are the Corner Cafe Complex, Miniature Railway, Atlantis Swimming Pool and Waterslides, The Indoor Swimming Pool, Cricket Ground and the Castle Headland with its spectacular coastal views. The town centre and Sea Life Centre are about 10 minutes walk.Further afield, see also White Gable, head inland to see charming villages and Dales. Visit Farndale, the lovely valley of the river Dove. Don't miss Hutton-Le-Hole or the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

For the more energetic, surfing, jet ski-ing, horseriding, 10 pin bowling, indoor and crown bowling can all be found - there's so much to see and do!
