Accommodation:
On the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room and a lounge. There is also a utility room for bikes, wellies, etc. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, shower over the bath and separate toilet on the first floor. The bedrooms and bathroom have recently been refurbished. Small garden at the front of the house and a large enclosed garden at the rear with lawn and garden furniture.

Services:
Fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, automatic washing machine, TV, video, cot and high chair. The telephone for incoming calls is no longer available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Oil central heating and open fire in lounge - there is no extra charge for heating or electricity. Street parking outside the house. One well behaved dog is welcome, provided it does not go upstairs. Minimum break 5 nights.
