Gas central heating is installed throughout the property with additional gas fires in the lounge and dining room. Outside to the rear there is a completely enclosed and private courtyard, which becomes a sun-trap in the summer months. The courtyard is supplied with outdoor furniture for meals al fresco!Ground floor: lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. First floor: 2 double bedrooms. Second floor: Attic bedroom, twin room with child''s safety gate. Outside: Private courtyard leading to outside store which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A reserved parking space is available to guests. Gas and electricity included, heating throughout the property, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, colour TV, video and selection of videos, electric shower, full-size bath. All bed linen and teatowels are provided but guests are requested to take their own bath and beach towels. Bath towels can be provided at an extra cost. Outdoor furniture and barbeque. We also provide a highchair and cot. Sorry, the cottage is no smoking and no pets.
