A 20 minute stroll up Pasture Road takes you to the local reservoir and the moors above the village. The Village shop, Post office and 2 pubs are two minutes walk away.. There is a regular bus service from Embsay to Skipton, which is on the main coach routes and railway line from Leeds.We have been awarded 3 stars by the Yorkshire Tourist Board.
