With all out cooking we try to use local produce where possible.on our farm we have a prize winnning herd of Aberdeen Agus cattle, some Beef Shorthorn cattle and a few Berkshire pigs. We also have chickens which lay winderul brown eggs and a few peacocks who wander round the grounds.Driffield is a small, busy market town in a lesser known area of the Wolds.
