The cottage is cosy, comfortable and extremely well-equipped with TV, video, cd player etc. There are 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 adults plus cot for a young child. One small pet may be accommodated. There is strictly no smoking in the cottage. To the rear of the cottage is a pretty, well-maintained garden with a covered fish pond, patio area and barbecue. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room features an open fireplace and beamed ceilings. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, washing facilities and bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage is ideally situated for birdwatching, fishing, walking and for visiting Hull and Beverley. We also offer the use of a recording studio for the musicians amongst you.
