Shipham is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is perfect for all outdoor pursuits, especially walking , riding, mountain biking, caving and climbing, as it is linked by miles of foot and bridlepaths. Other activities nearby are dry slope skiing, fishing and golf as well as numerous tourist attractions.
