Faulkland is a small village, with a village shop, post office and a pub. It is situated approximately ten miles south of Bath on the A366 road between Radstock and Norton St Philip. It lies in open countryside and has a village green, stocks and a duck pond. As well as the numerous and varied attractions of Bath itself, with its Georgian crescents, Roman remains, floral gardens and shops, Longleat House and the beautiful lake and grounds at Stourhead are all within easy reach. Wells, with its magnificent cathedral, together with Wookey Hole and Cheddar are just a short drive to the south west. A little further afield and to the south east is the cathedral city of Salisbury and to the north of Bath are Cirencester and Cheltenham and the many beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. Within the immediate vicinity of Faulkland there are a number of country walks and the area as a whole is well served with notable restaurants and good public houses.The Green Farm itself dates back to the 17th century. It is adjacent to the village green in Faulkland and is the house nearest to the stocks. The accommodation is suitable for sleeping from two to six people in considerable comfort and has been awarded the English Tourism Council Five Star rating. Good quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout and the property is permanently maintained to a high standard. All towels and linen are supplied. Apart from the kitchen and downstairs toilet, which have quarry tiles, all rooms have either the original flag, stone floors or polished oak or elm boarding. Numerous rugs are provided for floor coverings. Heating is by night storage and all electricity is charged from the meter at Southern Electricity Board rates. A radio and a digital television together with a DVD and video recorder are also provided. The overall quality of the property is such that we consider it unsuitable for pets.

Numerous utensils and accessories are all provided. There is a single garage at the rear of the property with a doorway leading through to the kitchen and the garden. First Floor
