Birchamp Coach House is an old coach house over 200 years old, which previously served Birchamp House. A grade II Listed building, in 2000 it was sympathetically converted to provide two well-equipped and very comfortable holiday cottages. Each has an enclosed West facing courtyard garden, which is bathed in sun in the afternoons. A grassed area and off road parking are adjacent to the Coach House.Cottage 1 has one double bedded and a twin bedded room, together with a bunk room. Cottage 2 contains a double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms. Each cottage will accommodate six plus baby/young child. Newland is a picturesque village in the Royal Forest of Dean, bordering the Wye Valley area of outstanding natural beauty. Therefore, we are well located for walking, cycling, canoeing, rock climbing and simply enjoying the outstanding countryside, some of which inspired romantic poet William Wordsworth.
