Bridge House Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set within the grounds of a Grade II Listed 16thC dovecote. The cottage is located within a small hamlet and has views towards the Cotswold escarpment and Malvern Hills. There is easy access to many major Cotswold attractions.The cosy sitting room and master bedroom are both heavily beamed and beautifully furnished in a period style. There is a smaller twin bedroom and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is light and airy and fully fitted with modern appliances including microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dining area. There is also a downstairs toilet.Oil central heating and electricity are included. High quality bed linen and towels are also provided. A cot and highchair are available if required. The utility area, separate from the kitchen, has a washing machine and dryer. TV, video, DVD, CD player/stereo system and numerous books are available. The cottage has its own driveway and there is off-road parking for 2 or 3 cars. There is a garden area with several fruit trees and a washing line. Within the adjacent barn there is a table football game. Garden furniture is also provided.There are many local attractions including Painswick Rococo Garden, Prinknash Abbey and deer/bird park, Barn Owl Rescue Centre, Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucester Cathedral and access to all local towns is within a very short drive. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby and there is easy access to supermarkets and shops. There are beautiful local walks and the hamlet is a conservation area within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
