Foresters is a detached cottage situated on our friendly farm, beautifully restored retaining the original 200 year old cob and offering charming, quality, accommodation for self catering holidays. Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all inclusive. The open plan sitting room has slate floors with rugs and is furnished in a relaxing country style with double aspect windows overlooking the patio to the fields beyond and our private livery stables. Available all year, accommodation is on ground level with gas central heating, the fitted kitchen includes washing machine/dryer, electric hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator all kept immaculately clean and well equipped to make it a home from home. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin have pretty floral linens; both have vaulted ceilings and en suite shower rooms with WC and hand basin. Beds are freshly made for your arrival. A large travel cot is also available for use with your own nursery bedding. Children Welcome. At home entertainment includes radio/cassette/CD, Digital TV with Freeserve, DVD, video, books and games. The sunny, enclosed patio has a barbecue, parasol and garden furniture ideal for alfresco dining on summer evenings. Close to miles of forestry tracks and bridleways, ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding this is a splendid area to explore. Nearby, Moors Valley Country Park offers walks, golf, cycling, and miniature steam railway and adventure playground with many special events. The Dorset Heaths/New Forest coast and countryside has an abundance of beauty with areas of special scientific interest. Sea and sand, restaurants, shops, history, concerts and nightlife are all within easy reach.
