Accommodation consists of a relaxing double bedroom with fabulous sea views and a twin bedroom, sleeping four in total. Fresh linen is provided weekly, free of charge, as are towels, which are changed mid-week. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would normally expect including microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Personal washing facilities include a combi-boiler shower over the bath. The lounge and four seater separate dining room provide the most astounding, breathtaking sea and coastline views and the sunsets are truly magnificent. The property has been freshly decorated with new carpets fitted throughout. A tarmac path leads down the hill, through the fields (lit at night) and a five minute walk leads you to the local shops, bus routes and other retail outlets. The bus service is also available near the apartment. The Jurassic Coast is part of Portland’s rich and varied history. Step out of your front door and enjoy the coast walk round the island, or enjoy a rough cycle ride through the fields and on the coastal pathway.Watersports are prolific as one would expect with such a varied coastline. Scuba-diving is very popular in this area with the opportunity of diving the famous "HMS Hood" wreck. Wind and kite surfing are incredibly popular as Portland Port is extremely shallow and safe for learners and experts alike. The Royal Yachting Academy teaches sailing skills for beginners and upwards to Olympic standard.
