Easily reached by road it provides and ideal base for discovering all that coastal and rural Dorset has to offer. 1/2 mile off the A350, we are 3 hours from London and Birmingham and 1 1/2 from Bristol. We are within easy reach of the cross Channel ferry terminal, and within a few minutes drive of a wide selection of restaurants and bistros on the Quay in Poole.
Recently refurbished, it offers centrally heated, comfortable ground floor accommodation with beautiful decor and furnishings, ideal for use all year round.

Sleeping 4 persons in two bedrooms ( one double and one twin ), it has both a front garden with parking for at least 2 cars on the private driveway and an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture. The garage can be used to store equipment and bikes or dry wetsuits etc. The new kitchen is fully fitted and high quality. The lounge id lovely to relax in with two comfy sofas, TV/DVD and a dining area for 4. The modern bathroom has a heated towel rail and a contemporary shower.
