Colmer Farmhouse is a 15th Century house sleeping six in comfort, with the farmhouse itself having many old features such as, oak beams, flagstone floors, inglenook fireplace with a bread oven. There is a kitchen with AGA, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate individual dining room next to the kitchen. The sitting room has an inglenook fireplace, woodburning stove, television with DVD and VHS player/recorder, and ample sofas and easy chairs, etc. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles.
Colmer Farmhouse sits at the top of the Marshwood Vale, and from the top of the drive there are stunning views across to the sea of Lyme bay, with long or short walks in the immediate area. From Colmer it is an easy stroll to the local pub for good food and beer. In this area there ample places to eat and drink, just a short drive away, you can dine on caribbean, or pop to coast for fish and chips.
Lyme Regis is an old fishing town full of character, with plenty to do and see. Further along the coast you will find the unspoilt fishing village of Beer. There is also the famous jurassic coastline which is only ten minutes away. Plenty to do wind, rain or shine
