Bramcote is a 1920’s detached house set in spacious country gardens containing 2 single storey apartments, set around a terrace overlooking the sea.A small private lane, situated just above the beach at the east end of Lyme town, East Cliff must be one of Lyme’s best kept secrets, we are only 3 minutes walk from the beach, cob, town centre and heritage coastal footpath. We have on site parking, yet enjoy a rural environment. We are a good (but safe!) distance from the edge of the famous Jurassic Heritage Coast.Buses and train links stop at the end of East Cliff Lane, making us an ideal location for walking holidays. Bramcote is also perfect for couples seeking a peaceful, relaxing holiday in total comfort, while the bustle and amenities of Lyme Regis town are just a short stroll away. Parking problems? Non-existent! Your car can be forgotten until departure. The two apartments, each with double rooms were completely renovated and refurbished in 2003/4 to an exceptionally high standard. Comfort, convenience and style were our objectives. Both self-contained apartments are double glazed and fully insulated. The kitchen is generously equipped and the lounge/diner is bright, airy and contemporary. Patio doors open out onto terrace and gardens with lovely views Eastwards of Golden Cap. This is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, or savour a glass of wine while the sun sets. TV, video, CD, radio and cassette player, books, videos and games contribute to your comfort. The furniture is of a high quality and is pleasing to the eye. The bedroom is cosy and thoughtfully decorated in a mix of traditional and modern. The bathroom is bright, modern, fully fitted and well lit, with the added luxury of a Whirlpool bath and shower attachment, ideal to relax in after a hard days walk on the coastal path or beach. Central heating, constant hot water linen and towels are included in the rental. We offer short breaks
