East Creech farmhouse is situated in the countryside about 3 miles from Wareham and 7 miles from Swanage. There are nearer beaches at Kimmeridge and Studland. The farm is a beef farm with working buildings close by. The farmhouse is a largely 18th Century building which has recently been re-decorated and refurbished throughout and is most comfortable. The owner lives in the other, older part of the building. The farmhouse is a non-smoking establishment.You enter the farmhouse at the back into a recently refurbished and fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Equipment includes a washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and electric cooker.On the ground floor there is also a comfortable lounge with TV and video. The lounge has an open fireplace, logs can be provided for £3 per bag. The house has oil-fired central heating and the cost of oil and electricity is included in the rent.Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double bedded rooms, and one family room with bunk beds. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. A cot and high chair are available on request. The bathroom with loo, basin and shower over the bath is also upstairs.There is a small garden for guests with seating. Ample parking is close to the house. The farm also has a small campsite with the facilities available to guests. We sell bread, milk and ice creams during the camping season - Whitsun to end of August.There is no payphone but there is a telephone box about 50 yards away and the farm house phone is available in emergencies.Wareham - approximately 3 miles from East Creech Farmhouse - is the nearest railway station and it is also where you will find a supermarket.East Creech Farmhouse is a most peaceful spot in beautiful surroundings.
