Warren View has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom providing accommodation for 4 people. This is all on the first floor, with the bedrooms reached by a couple of steps to a lower level, overlooking the Exe estuary.

Blue Waters has three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom all on the first floor, providing accommodation for 6 people. This is a very spacious apartment with superb views and original features.

Parklands has three bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom on the second floor and one twin bedroom on the first floor, providing accommodation for 6 people. This apartment is split on two levels by a fairly steep staircase, making it unsuitable for many older guests and very young children.
