Groom Cottage adjoins an old stone barn and was converted from outbuildings in the 1970’s and totally redecorated in 1994.

Ground Floor - From the gravelled terrace, a glass door opens and you step down into a spacious L-shaped dining room, with a wooden floor and light oak furniture. A well equipped galley kitchen fully fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle leads off the dining room.

From the other end of the dining room, a small step leads into a bright sitting room with a large fire place and wood burning stove, colour television and video player, a comfortable sofa and armchairs

Upstairs – The large double aspect bedroom 1 has a double bed, built-in cupboard and oak furniture; bedroom 2 – a single bed, bedroom 3 – a spacious room with a single bed and the cot. Bathroom has bath, w.c, basin and shower.

Outside – enclosed gravelled terrace with pretty tubs and garden furniture – perfect for sunny breakfasts. A small garden is hidden at the back of the cottage.

Both cottages have oil fired central heating and all bedlinen is provided. There are a deep freeze, washing machine and tumble drier for guest's use.
