Luxury Ground floor apartment on the centre of the Esplanade only steps from the beach and sea. There are wonderful views to both the east and west, straight across the horizon. The ground floor unit is suitable for wheelchair users.The apartment are furnished to a high standard in the contemporary style. Each apartment has one double bedded and one twin bedded room, there is a television in each bedroom. The beds are luxury pocket sprung, linen and duvets are provided.The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. The lounges have super solid oak furniture and real leather sofas. Off the lounge is a conservatory that overlooks the sea. The apartments have central heating, which is included in the rental along with linen and electricity. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettles and fridge freezers plus all the equipment you would expect. Cot and highchair are available on request.Sidmouth is a unique town with wonderful beaches, shops and so many things to do. The town centre and shops are only yards from the apartment, there is a wide range of small privately owned shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from, all within a short walk. Should you wish to cook your own meal you are only 200 yds from the fisherman's yard, where you can buy the fresh fish of the day including local crab and lobsters.The Cricket Club is only 100 yds from the apartment and membership during your stay is included. The golf course is 400 yds and we can offer you concessionary rates. There is also a pitch and putt, driving range and 9 hole golf course 1 mile from the town centre.The public indoor swimming pool is 200 yds away and a concessionary swim is included, extra swimming can be arranged at half price. The town boasts numerous clubs which include bowling and bridge all of which welcome visitors. The bus terminal is only 2 minutes
