Special Policies
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to a stay. If the date of stay is in less than 8 weeks then payment in full is required. Payment can be made by cheque or by credit card but please note that credit card transactions are subject to a 3% + £3 handling charge. We welcome well behaved dogs but do charge and extra £15 to cover extra wear and tear and cleaning. The telephone is charged on an "honesty" system with calls noted and paid for at the end of a stay.
