Pretty 3-4 bedroom cottage in sunny location, situated in beautiful village of Shaldon, set in a quiet road 2 minutes' walk from the beach. Very well equipped cottage, small sunny patio with table and chairs.Shaldon has several beaches, small zoo, botanical gardens, local shops and pubs and is an ideal location for family "bucket and spade" holidays, sailing and birdwatching.Torquay, Dawlish Warren, Teighmouth, Exeter and Dartmoor are all within 5 - 15 miles. This property sleeps 6 plus baby. It has three bedrooms and in addition a second living room with a sofa bed. On the top floor the second living room leads onto bedroom one which has a double bed and vanity sink. On the first floor is the bathroom with an overhead shower, bedroom two has twin beds and bedroom three has a single bed and pull-out bed under. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/ living room. |
