THE BUNNY BARN is a beautifully restored Grade 11 listed Medieval cider-pressing Barn, situated in the small hamlet of Combefishacre. The open nature of the Bunny Barn makes it ideal for couples or a young family.

Available all year for short breaks or long stays The Bunny Barn is the perfect setting for a romantic break, walking, painting, visiting the beach, or just relaxing. Ideally located between Dartmoor National Park and the sea for you to enjoy all that South Devon has to offer.

The Bunny Barn retains many of the original features, such as the ancient wooden beams and exposed cob walls and is fully equipped with all the items necessary for you to enjoy your stay in Devon. The open plan first floor has plenty of room to accommodate the addition of two single children’s beds and a cot if required.

The accommodation comprises:

Upstairs:
  - Huge open plan Master Bedroom with double bed. (2 children’s beds and cot can be provided if required.)
  - Fully fitted bathroom (with shower over the bath).
  - Double doors opening to a small rear garden.
Downstairs:
- Well equipped kitchen area, complete with; electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, butler sink and washer/ dryer.

The Bunny Barn nestles in the midst of the small hamlet of Combefishacre, which dates back to the Domesday Book. Located midway between the beautiful medieval town of Totnes. with its Elizabethan market and mott and bailey castle, and Newton Abbot, a thriving market town famous for horse racing. It is close to both Berry Pomeroy and Compton Castles only 6 miles across beautiful countryside to Dartmoor National Park and less than 5 miles to the stunning beaches of Torbay - The English Riviera.

The countryside surrounding Combefishacre is particularly rich in local wildlife. There are Barn Owls nesting behind the Bunny Barn, tiny, local bats fly over the courtyard in summer, Buzzards and sparrow hawks are a regular sight in the sky and Storks, Egrets and other water birds are frequent visitors to the stream.

The nearest village is Ipplepen, 1 mile away, which has 2 pubs, one with a restaurant. There is a village shop, Post Office, Golf Club, Health Club, Equestrian centres and a large Garden Centre with Coffee Shop and & Best Butchers in Britain;. The surrounding area abounds with traditional pubs and good restaurants all serving great local food.
