Bovisand Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom detached cottage with its own private grounds in a sunny wooded valley. There is a patio at the front, with gas Bar-B-Q ideal for sunbathing with a level lawn extending from it. Behind, there is a grassed area with a rotary clothesline leading up from a paved courtyard. In the outer grounds of the cottage there is a small Napoleonic Reservoir (well fenced) that is home to wild duck, several rare birds and an abundance of Eels! It is not uncommon to pass Badgers, Foxes, Rabbits and Pheasant and the occasional deer, when coming down the lane at night. The Cottage is double-glazed and was completely refurbished in the spring of 2005 and has since been awarded a 4-Star grading. It consists of a roomy lounge comfortably furnished, with a wood-burner fire, coloured teletext TV, video, radio, and DVD. A telephone for incoming calls: Dining Room: Fully fitted tiled kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A passageway with fairly steep stairs leads to the landing, where you will find three bedrooms; one double, and two with twin beds. Also there is a large bathroom with toilet, sink, bath, walk in shower, and airing cupboard. The cottage was our home until we moved across to the other side of the valley, after renovating the Lodge where, in the grounds, we run a small un-commercialised Caravan Park, eleven are letting units, the rest are privately owned and used as weekend.cottages
