Offering adaptable accommodation the property comprises the main house, which sleeps 10, plus a flat for 4 people. Well laid out with excellent kitchen facilities the two units are let together in School Holiday periods for 14 people. At other times the main house is suitable for smaller parties of up to ten people. Fully centrally heated, with log fire and comfortable sitting room it is ideal for use as a holiday base all year round. Short breaks, weekend and midweek, are available.There is easy access by foot to nearby beaches. Daymer Bay is a sandy sheltered beach suitable for young children and windsurfers, Polzeath is a must for all surfers and Greenway offers secluded coves with great rock pools. Many local activities are available for holidaymakers including surfing, golf, sailing, windsurfing, kite flying and water skiing. There is a store and post office 3minutes walk away that has a range of provisions while local shops at Polzeath half a mile away and at Rock 3 miles away provide a good variety of fresh and local produce. There are several pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby.Many attractions of North Cornwall are within easy reach of this area. Padstow now famous now for the Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant and other enterprises is still a pretty Cornish harbour town and can be reached by a delightful ferry ride across the Estuary from Rock. There is a Water Taxi service available in the evening should you wish to visit Padstow in the evening.
