Hawthorn House is a newly constructed in 2006, and is a semi detached town house with wonderful country views to the rear of the property and sea views from some of the front rooms.
       
Hawthorn House can accommodate 8 people comfortably and comprises, downstairs double bedroom (leading directly out from the patio doors to a large seating area) and separate large bathroom with double width shower cubicle. Utility laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, kitchen/dining room, large lounge and a full size family bathroom. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, one is a large twin and the other is the master en-suite double bedroom.

The kitchen has been equipped in excess of the standards recommended by the Newquay Tourist Board, with  stainless steel ceramic hob cooker with double oven and over head stainless steel extractor fan, a large American style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice making facilities, an insinkerator waste disposal unit, an electric plinth heater or cool air blower, microwave, toaster and kettle and coffee maker. Crockery and cutlery for up to eight people, stainless steel utensils and stainless steel cooking pans.

The roomy lounge has comfortable seating and ample storage in several modern units. A modern teletext T.V. and a freeview Digibox is connected giving extra viewing channels. Leading from the lounge through the patio doors is a  decked balcony giving wonderful views across the Porth valley and further afield.

There is a large modern bathroom which has full size bath with shower, W.C, wash hand basin. An electric shaver point is situated adjacent to the mirrored bathroom cabinet.

The bedrooms have ample wardrobe storage and sleeping is arranged with two double and two twin rooms but the sleeping arrangements can be altered to suit each party when booking. All linen with the exception of towels are provided and a cot and high chair are available if required free of charge.

An allocated parking space is provided directly outside the front door with additional parking available in the private courtyard. A large patio area to the rear of the property enables you to catch the early morning sun.
