This is a nicely furnished 18th Century end of terrace cottage. It is situated just a few minutes walk up the hill from numerous shops, restaurants and from Perranporth beach where you can enjoy three miles of golden sands and some of the best swimming and surfing in the county. Close by there is an abundance of footpaths for walking as well as golf, fishing and riding locally. The cottage has a south-facing terrace over looking the town and the upper reaches of the beach, a slate ornamental fireplace in the sitting room and an attractive gallery double bedroom.
