The Carthouse was an old wagon store and now provides ideal accommodation on one floor for our less mobile guests. The layout is open-plan: the main room provides large sitting and dining areas, with views across open countryside, and an adjacent fully fitted kitchen. The separate double bedroom has an en-suite with shower, basin and WC.

Budds Barns at Titson are sympathetically converted farm buildings set in the peace and tranquility of a rural North Cornwall hamlet, within easy reach of Bude, Widemouth Bay, coastal walking, and the Eden Project.  Titson is just under 2 miles south of Marhamchurch, 3 miles inland from Widemouth Bay, and 5 miles from Bude.

From your base at Budds Barns you will be ideally located to explore and enjoy some of the finest attractions of North Cornwall and Devon:- National Trust properties, Legendary Bodmin moor, the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor, and the Eden Project, recognised now as the third most popular tourist attraction in Britain. The South West Coastal Path, the Tarka and Camel Trails and the Sustrans National Cycle Route are all nearby.

We believe that Bude is 'a well kept secret, once discovered, rarely forgotten'. You will find it a welcoming place with facilities to swim, surf, fish, walk, cycle, bowl, play golf or just explore, chill out and relax. The Bude Canal provides a focal point for the town from the sea lock and around the Lower Wharf with a Brasserie and Museum. There is a wide variety of places to eat out ranging from pubs and restaurants to tea rooms for the traditional Cornish cream teas!
