Bathroom with bath,shower attachment, toilet and washbasin.
Living room with kitchen area and french windows leading to patio.
The electricity for hot water, lights etc is on a meter (£1).
Please note that Trelawney has duvets on all the beds not blankets.

Trelawney is one of eight tastefully styled farm cottages - This unique collection of cottages is set in extensive gardens with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The cottages are superbly fitted out and maintained at a very high standard. Combined with all the leisure facilities on the site, including a superb heated indoor pool, Bamham Farm is the perfect holiday location.

The small market town of Launceston, with its Norman Castle, is under a mile away and other attractions in the area include the Launceston Steam Railway, Tamar Otter Park, and Trethorne Farm Leisure Park.

The rugged North Cornish Coast, with its hidden coves and fine beaches, is about 30 minutes away by car. Both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are within 15 miles along with a rich variety of interesting towns/villages.

A superb complex ideally situated to benefit from the very best that Cornwall has to offer.
