This is a large detached 3 bedroomed cottage , having 2 double bedrooms (one with a washbasin ) both 4’6" beds ( 1 with ensuite shower room), and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of 3’ bunk beds. Tiled bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet and washbasin.
Large lounge with kitchen/dining area and door leading to patio.
Electricity for cooking and lighting is on £1 meter, all other electricity included in price.

Both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are within 15 miles along with a rich variety of interesting towns/villages.
