The Old Barn is a superb conversion furnished and equipped to an unusually high standard. The beamed first floor lounge has a television, video and DVD player and is fully furnished. It also has an extra sofa-bed. The ground floor comprises 1 family room (3 beds) and 1 double, both large with ample storage. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a pleasing aspect on to the courtyard and large bathroom. The unit comes with its own garden and barbecue area, with adjacent field and on site parking. Although tranquil and rural in it's setting, it is conveniently laced within easy reach of major shops (Tesco) as well as small individual shops 10 minutes walk up the lane. North coast beaches are within easy reach (15 minutes by car) and the south coast sailing facilities are about 25 minutes away. Geographically, the unit is within easy reach of numerous Cornish visitor attractions. The owners live on the other side of the courtyard and are always delighted to be of assistance.
