It is surrounded by its large gardens and woodlands, and has great views of the estuary and sea.

Although  very secluded, the picturesque village of Helford with its small post office/shop and the renowned Shipwrights Arms pub which serves food on the water’s edge, is only  5 minutes walk away by footpath.  Famous Frenchman’s Creek is a 10 minute walk the other way.

Sailing and motor boats for exploring the creeks and beaches of the Helford River can be hired at Sailaway right beneath us at Helford Point or at nearby St Anthony .

There are plenty of sandy beaches, pretty coves, dramatic cliffs and attractive fishing villages nearby on the Lizard peninsula – an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Ground floor:  Sitting room with  wood-burning stove, colour TV, DVD player.  Games room with tabletennis table.  Both with fabulous sea views.  Large kitchen/dining room with wood-burning stove, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, etc.  Large bedroom with double bed and single bed.  Bathroom with  bath, basin and WC.  Bathroom with bath, shower and basin.   Separate WC. Sunroom.  Verandah and deck.  Utility room with washing machine and freezer.  Outhouse by backdoor with tumble dryer.

Upstairs:  Bedroom with kingsize bed.  Bedroom with 4’4’’ futon bed and single bed.  Bedroom with single bed.  Bedroom with single bed. Wonderful sea views from all these rooms.

Use of private quay.

Plenty of space for parking to the rear of the house at the end of our long drive.

Changeover day is Saturday.
