Set yourself back in time to enjoy the splendours of this 17th century manor house, reputedly once a monastery. Occupying the major part of this listed building, with a delightful enclosed English country garden from which footpaths lead to the village of St Erth about half a mile away. A tranquil setting, yet only a mile from the centre of Hayle, with the popular conservation zoo at Paradise Park, golf and Go Karts even closer. Hayle Towans is about 2 miles away with St Ives just along the coast. The Hayle RSPB Nature Reserve is within walking distance (approximately 1 mile).Entering the house, rooms leading off the hallway include a spacious dining room with a cosy wood burning stove set in the original stone fireplace. The main feature of this room is the splendid barrel ceiling reminiscent of its monastic days. There are four further bedrooms, two twin (one with a pretty pine surround fireplace) and two doubles.
