Gwylam, is located on two floors in the East Wing of the house. Gwylam features a first floor lounge/dining area together with an en-suite double bedroom. A further en-suite twin is on the ground floor.

Views from the apartment are over the house lounge terrace and open countryside towards St Merryn.
Relax by  the private outdoor heated pool and new sun terrace during the summer or in the cosy indoor bar/lounge in winter.

Additional en-suite bedrooms can be booked to extend the size to sleep 6/8 people.

We are only 1 minute from Harlyn Bay, which with its own surf school and lifeguard protection is a haven for surfers and bathers alike.

Originally built in 1926 as a coastal retreat, the house boasts traditional Cornish architecture on the outside, with  accommdation equipped to the highest modern standards on the inside.

The Polmark serves as a location for people planning all sorts of vacations, being in such close proximity to Harlyn, a popular destination with over half a mile of golden sand and clean water, popular with for surfing and swimming alike. Recently the beach was awarded "excellent" status for 2005 by the Marine Conservation Society.
