Surrounded by hedgerows, woodlands and majestic clifftops, with golden beaches stretching along the entire peninsular coastline. An area that is steeped with history and activities for everyone, from the old tin and copper mines, harbours and markets, to surfing, horseriding and golf. 
The grounds boast a large ornamental Lake, a stones throw from the front of the house, accompanied by a large well stocked coarse fishing lake.

This lovely roomy property is ideal for families and small groups looking for a rural location with easy access to the sandy beaches of Perranporth and the magic of the North Cornish Coast.

Accommodation at Lakeside sleeps up to 9 people and is well equipped to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

The ground floor comprises of a hallway, housing a small study and telephone.

The lounge at Lakeside is welcoming, with a traditional open fire, colour television and video recorder. French doors open onto a paved patio.

The kitchen/dining room is spacious and large enough for the entire family to enjoy meals together, and as a family room, equipped with a colour television, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Located on the ground floor is bedroom one, with a single bed, and a separate shower room with WC and basin.

The four bedrooms upstairs are light and sunny and comprise of:
Bedroom Two and Bedroom Three; both with double beds and en-suite shower rooms, with showers, WC and wash basins. Bedroom Four and Bedroom Five; are both twin rooms. There is a second bathroom complete with bath, WC and wash basin. All bedrooms are complete with bright duvets.

Inclusive facilities and services include free coarse fishing lake, all electricity, full oil-fired central heating, garage for one car and parking for a further three cars.

The two-acre lake is well stocked with carp and a good head of rudd, roach and tench.
The second lake is ornamental, home to a variety of wildlife and bird species, creating a wonderful setting and view from the house.

For the enthusiast, fishing can be enjoyed at other locations in the area.
