Situated close to the village of St. Agnes - a cosy semi-detached Cornish cottage, which has recently been renovated to offer comfortable holiday accommodation for a family of four. 'The Old Post Office' can be found at Goonbell, it benefits from oil-fired central heating, a multi fuel burner in the lounge and has private parking to the front of the cottage. Accessible, yet peaceful, within one mile to St. Agnes offering beaches, tennis courts, horse riding, a variety of small shops, bars and restaurants. The north and south coast itself has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery and these include Presignoll Barns, Flambards Theme Park, Cornwall Seal Sanctuary and many National Trust properties with beautiful gardens - so much to see and so much to do.Front entrance into a cloakroom area. A cosy furnished lounge / diner with a multi fuel burner, two sofas, pine table with chairs, colour T.V., video, DVD and a stereo. The newly fitted kitchen is supplied with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. A wash hand basin and W.C., has been fitted downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms (both enjoying wonderful countryside views). Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has 3ft twin beds. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and a W.C. All of the rooms are furnished and decorated to a very good standard.
