A comfortable, recently converted annex to a large 19 th Century farmhouse in the rural hamlet of Welltown, set to one side of a quiet lane on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The locality abounds with public footpaths and winding lanes offering attractive walking. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/dining area leading to a comfortable lounge with french doors overlooking the garden and wooded fields beyond. Upstairs there are two attractive bedrooms and a bathroom / wc with shower over the bath. North and south coast beaches and the Eden Project are within a 30 minute drive. Linen, central heating and electricity are inclusive. No smoking inside the cottage please.
