A traditional terraced 16th Century Cottage offering light spacious accommodation in a superb location in this popular and famous village. Known locally as "The Pink House" the lovely Old Brewhouse is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the spectacular north coast of Cornwall. The medieval harbour and surrounding cliffs are owned by the National Trust. Boscastle is an interesting and attractive village by the Atlantic, lively in summer, quieter in winter, beautiful at all times, with plenty of good places to eat and drink locally. Newsagent, village store and gift shops nearby too. King Arthur's Castle and Merlin's Cave are at nearby Tintagel, the Eden project is easily reached by car, as is the amazing shopping experience at Trago Mills, whilst Rick Stein's famous restaurant at Padstow is not far away. The house dates from around the 16th century, retaining its old appearance outside and the interior is cheerfully light and spacious. It accommodates six people. Central heating,electricity, telephone, bed linen and duvets are all included in the price - there are no extras to pay! Private parking space plus garage, so can accommodate 2 cars. There is a front walled garden, a patio area, plus at the rear of the cottage there is a small terrace. Dogs welcome. Beaches, moorland, sea and woods are all nearby.
