Tresquare is located about 200 yards from the coastal path, Boscastle village and the famous Cobweb Inn.  The harbour can be reached along the Green Cut, a level foot-path with seats and views looking down on the village.

It is delightfully set in its own large private lawned garden, with quiet rural surroundings - most rooms have beautiful countryside views.  Deer and wildlife can often be seen.  There is ample off road parking for 4 cars.

On the ground floor:

• Bedroom 1 - double bed and en-suite facilities with instant electric shower, wash-basin and toilet.

• Kitchen / Dining Room - spacious and very well equipped, with ash wooden units, ample storage space, built-in double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave oven.  All necessary utensils are provided, along with coffee maker, iron and toaster.  Dining area has teak sideboard, table and chairs for 8.

• Utility Room - with automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

• Large Lounge - with comfortable sofa and armchairs, colour television, video, books and games, along with a Cornish stone open fireplace to burn logs/coal.

The solid teak staircase from the central hallway leads to the first floor bedrooms and the main Bathroom - which has a bath, wash-basin and toilet.

Also on the first floor:

• Bedroom 2 - double bed, cot and vanity wash-basin.
• Bedroom 3 - family-sized, with a double bed and two single beds.

Pets will be considered on request. Beds must be provided and pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, nor must they be left alone in the cottage.

Smoking is not permitted in Tresquare cottage.
