‘The Owl House’ is set amidst an enchanting woodland setting with a rippling stream and nearby secluded pathway - a natural haven for birds and wildlife. The nearby village of St Agnes, with its picturesque coves, quaint shops, highly recommended local pubs and restaurants is less than a mile away. The main A30, giving easy access to all the exciting attractions that Cornwall has to offer is only 5 minutes drive away, making us ideally located for a truly memorable break in Cornwall.

Luxuriously furnished throughout, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, large lounge with balcony and views to the nearby woodland stream, fully equipped kitchen/dining room and private patio with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and a tasty BBQ at the end of an exciting day’s exploring. The Owl House is truly an enjoyable place to stay.

Here is some useful information that might help with your stay, if you have any queries or special requests please telephone us and we will be glad to help you. There is parking available for 2 cars - accommodation consists of:

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance hall, single bedroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room leading to the private patio with garden furniture and barbeque.

FIRST FLOOR
Double bedroom with king-sized bed, shower room with toilet and basin, spacious lounge with beamed apex ceiling and french doors with views over the stream. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Please bring your own bedding for travel cot.

SERVICES
Fully controllable gas fired central heating, electric coal-effect fire, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, telephone (incoming and local outgoing), television, video, stereo/cd players, radio/alarm clocks. There are a selection of cds, videos, books and games available for guests to enjoy.

GROCERIES & SHOPPING
There are Spar, Londis and Costcutter stores in St Agnes, plus a bakery/off licence and butcher. There are Sainsburys, Tesco and Marks and Spencers stores in Truro.
