Avocet Quay is in a private estate of deckhouses in an area of outstanding beauty just 100 yards from the Chichester Harbour foreshore, where there is a residential slip way for sailing. It is ideally situated for the wonderful coastal walks and bird watching on the nearby nature reserve. Space for double parking is available under the deckhouse. Due to the location, near water, the deckhouses are not suitable for toddlers and regretfully pets are not allowed.Emsworth village centre, with its pretty harbour and excellent restaurants, is a 8 minute walk through the marina. The beautiful Roman city of Chichester, with its famous cathedral and Festival Theatre, is 7 miles away whilst historic Portsmouth is 10 miles west. Both are easily accessible by road and rail. Sandy beaches at Westwittering and Hayling Island are just a short drive away.Both deckhouses are comfortable and well equipped. There is an open plan living room with a gallery to the rear and double doors to the west facing deck. Number 13 has stunning views over the harbour and number 3 looks over the central pond. There is a telephone for incoming calls only.There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with double-glazed doors to the deck. The second has twin cabin bunks or bunk beds. Bed linen and towels are available at extra cost. All beds have pillows and duvets and a travel cot is available on request. Number 3 also has a sofa bed in the living room.The bathroom in number 3 has a overhead shower and number 13 has a walk in shower. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs.
