As well as being a superb base for walking and exploring the Lake District, the market town of Keswick offers a wide range of shops, pubs and places to eat. Downstairs is an entrance hall, large comfortable through dining room and lounge with feature slate fireplace and well equipped, newly fitted kitchen. A ground floor wc is accessed off the rear lobby. A colour TV, video recorder, DVD player and CD hi-fi are all provided. Upstairs is a large double bedroom, single/twin room and bathroom with WC, separate shower and bath. Stairs lead to a very large attic room with a double and single bed, colour television and CD hi-fi. Outside is a small patio area to the front and at the rear is a single car garage backing onto a private roadway. There is also unrestricted on street parking. The cottage has gas central heating and double glazing. Bed linen and towels are included. Changeover day is Friday.
